Warranty

Polybird warranties for HDPE Poly Furniture with a FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY and a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY to the original purchaser. We guarantee that from the date of purchase, Polybird products shall be free of material defects and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, rot, or suffer structural damage from insects. Original purchasers must provide a receipt of purchase from authorized dealerships. Please see exemptions below.

Polybird shall not be liable for any of the following:

Hardware

Polybird furniture is equipped with 316 stainless steel hardware and is warranted not to break for three (3) years of residential use. Rust or corrosion of the stainless-steel hardware is not subject to replacement. Please refer to our cleaning and maintenance information for maintaining your hardware.

Swivels and Glider Arms

Swivels, Glider Arms, and A-Frames are warranted not to fail structurally for THREE (3)years of residential use or ONE (1) years of commercial use.

Limitations and Exclusions

Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty shall only be applicable and enforceable in the United States of America and Canada. This warranty is effective for products purchased on or after 01/01/2024. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on Polybird products, which are received by regular use of the products. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is non-transferable. Polybird shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit or other economic or commercial losses. Once documentation has been received and evaluated, Polybird’s sole responsibility shall be, at its option, to repair or replaced efective components, to repair or replace defective furniture, or authorize repairs by a third party, and to notify the Purchaser of the solution. Should defective product no longer be available, Polybird may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value. Polybird makes no implied warranty of merchant ability or implied warranty off it ness for a particular purpose. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale, which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to being returned. Polybird will provide a one-attempt call tag for those items it requires to be returned under this warranty. Failure to return the product via Polybird’s call tag will transfer responsibility to return the product to the Purchaser at their own cost. If the product is not returned within thirty (30) days of Return Authorization, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. All returns must have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box. Failure to return the requested defective product will result in forfeiture of any credit.
