Low Maintenance

Outdoor furniture should be designed to enjoy! We use HDPE lumber and 316 Stainless hardware to ensure a low maintenance experience. No need for sanding, oil, or enhancements.We recommend spot cleaning with a light detergent (Dish Soap) and once a year power was heron low PSI (1000 or less). Make more time for relaxation!

HDPE Lumber

Polybird is made of a high quality outdoor resin called HDPE (High Density Polyethylene).HDPE lumber is rot resistant, insect resistant and should not crack. UV stabilizers and rich color pigments are added for long lasting color. Better materials means better furniture.

316 Hardware

All hardware is not created equal. At Polybird, we use a high grade 316 stainless steel fastener(most competitors use 304 stainless steel). Meant to hold up to all environments, 316 hard ware is a maintenance friendly and durable material. Polybird recommends a light wash with clean water annually. In coastal communities, we recommend rinsing several times per year to ensure long term rust free performance
